Since the company's founding in 1984, we have continued to grow based on our company policy of "Perfection," aiming to contribute to community medical care throughout Japan.

Over 30 years have passed since the founding, and we have been facing increasingly severe business conditions resulting from efforts to curtail the increase in medical costs associated with the changing demographics of Japan. Accordingly, the business environment surrounding the pharmaceutical industry as well as the Japanese medical system have drastically changed. The Health Support Pharmacy initiative announced by the Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on September 2015, and the establishment of a "pharmaceutical management fee for the designated dispensing pharmacist" in the revision of dispensing fees in April 2016 indicate the need for pharmacies to become "health stations" in communities. This directly means that we will not survive if we cannot meet this need.

To fulfill the social responsibilities required of pharmacists and pharmacies in the future, we must continue to pursue "Perfection" to prevent medical errors and make medical therapies more successful, as well as change our operations on an unprecedented scale. To achieve such changes, we will strengthen our management structure and continue to strive to become "pharmacies selected by customers." We sincerely ask for your ongoing support and patronage.
